Scheduling and Initial Service (Massage Chair Repair)
- Upon purchase, you will be contacted within 48 hours to schedule your service appointment.
- The initial price includes one service appointment, one hour of labor, and up to 50 miles of round-trip travel.
- If the item cannot be repaired during the first visit, a $100.00 credit will be applied toward a "second scheduled" service appointment only
- No refunds of any kind, once the 1st service appointment has been performed
- Parts: The technician will provide a written description of any required parts. The customer is responsible for contacting the manufacturer and purchasing the suggested parts. Once the parts are received by the customer, we will then schedule the 2nd service appointment & advise of the additional labor costs
Additional Costs and Labor
- Labor: Additional labor is billed at $150.00 per hour.
- Travel: Mileage exceeding the initial 50 miles is charged at $1.00 per mile.
- Travel exceeding 100 miles one-way will incur an additional $125.00 fuel surcharge.
- Basic trip charge fee is $125.00.
Payment Policy
- All non-warranty customers must pay in advance for service
- A 5% tranasaction fee applies to all electronic transactions, except for payments made via: Zelle
