Scheduling and Initial Service

Upon purchase, you will be contacted within 48 hours to schedule your service appointment. The initial price includes one service appointment, one hour of labor, and up to 50 miles of round-trip travel. If the item cannot be repaired during the first visit, a $100.00 credit will be applied toward a second service appointment.

 

Additional Costs and Labor

 

- Labor: Additional labor is billed at $150.00 per hour.

- Parts: A written estimate for any necessary parts and additional labor will be provided for your approval and payment.

- Travel: Mileage exceeding the initial 50 miles is charged at $1.00 per mile. Travel exceeding 100 miles one-way will incur an additional $125.00 fuel surcharge.

- Fees: The basic trip charge fee is $125.00.

 

Payment Policy

Please note that all non-warranty service calls must be paid in full 48 hours in advance of the scheduled service date.
